Job Description
We seek a full-time, in-person Customer Relations Executive to manage client interactions, promote insurance products and contribution plans (member, recurrent, variable, fixed), and source loans (business, gold, vehicle). The role combines office support with regular fieldwork to identify prospects, collect documentation, and close loan opportunities.
- Minimum 6 months’ relevant experience preferred.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, follow up on documentation, and resolve customer queries.
- Work effectively under pressure to meet monthly targets while delivering excellent customer service.
- Required skills: strong communication, basic product knowledge, problem-solving, self-motivation, and professional behavior.
