Job Description
VYAPARAVIJAYAM TRADES & AGENCIES PVT.LTD is seeking a dedicated Customer Relations & Collections Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining robust customer relationships. Your tasks will include addressing inquiries, providing detailed product information, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Your key responsibilities will involve assisting customers with financial products, guiding them through various processes, and promptly resolving any complaints they may have. We are looking for graduate candidates with 0-3 years of experience; however, fresh graduates with exceptional communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
