Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and organized Customer Relation Executive to join our team at Travel Monkey. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer follow-up, addressing inquiries, and documenting interactions in our ticketing system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage weekly and monthly sales reporting
- Maintain opportunities and account details in the CRM
- Adapt quickly to new tasks and challenges

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Salary: ₹15,00 – ₹20,00 per month
