Job Description
Teams Abroad Pvt Ltd is looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to assist students in navigating their study abroad experiences. The CRE will guide students from the initial inquiry phase through to enrollment, ensuring they receive accurate information and exceptional support throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with students and their families to evaluate academic profiles and career goals.
- Offer insights on various countries, universities, programs, and scholarship opportunities.
- Assist in preparing documents and managing application procedures.
- Conduct follow-up communications via phone and email.
- Maintain detailed records using CRM software while striving to meet enrollment targets.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree, 1-3 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
