Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Customer Relations Executive to manage post-service follow-up and uphold customer satisfaction at our workshop. Duties include collecting and communicating customer feedback to the team and management, raising matters in CLF meetings, escalating unresolved issues to dealers, and professionally addressing customer conflicts. The role requires accurate record-keeping, report analysis, and collaboration with service teams to ensure dissatisfied customers are fully satisfied.

• Salary: ₹12,00–₹20,00 per month
