Job Description
Purackal Honda is seeking a highly motivated Customer Relations Executive to strengthen and enhance our relationship with esteemed customers. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support across various channels, efficiently resolve customer issues, and maintain up-to-date product knowledge. You will also engage with customers to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include collecting customer feedback, assisting with sales support, and keeping accurate records of all interactions. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for recent graduates and those new to the workforce.
