Job Description
gekinformation seeks a full-time, permanent Customer Relations Executive to manage inbound customer inquiries, resolve issues, provide clear product information and ongoing support, and build strong customer relationships. This in-person role offers compensation of ₹12,00–₹15,00 per month.
- Handle customer communications and troubleshoot problems efficiently.
- Document interactions and escalate or coordinate with internal teams to improve service.
- Deliver empathetic, patient support and maintain accurate records.
