Job Description
DentCare Dental Lab seeks a Graduate Customer Relations Executive at our Head Office in Muvattupuzha. The incumbent will place outbound calls to clarify manufacturing requirements, respond to inbound technical queries from internal and external stakeholders, coordinate with manufacturing to ensure smooth workflow, maintain accurate customer records, and prepare MIS reports. Responsibilities include meeting call-handling targets, following communication protocols, proactively building customer trust, and continuously updating technical knowledge. Preferred qualifications: 0–1 year experience, strong English communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused attitude.
