Job Description
Arden Health Care Pvt Ltd seeks a Customer Relations Executive for its corporate office in Amballur, Thrissur. Candidates should hold any degree or a qualification in Hospital Administration. This full-time, in-person position offers ₹13,00–₹15,00/month.
Requirements: minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred; fluent in English and Malayalam; willingness to work shift hours (8:00 AM–4:00 PM or 1:00 PM–9:00 PM).
- Manage client interactions, appointment scheduling, and patient onboarding
- Maintain patient records and front-desk operations
- Ensure compliance with confidentiality standards (HIPAA) and oversee office supplies and housekeeping
