Job Description
Kanexy Pvt. Ltd. is currently looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Onboarding Support Specialist. This position is based in Hyderabad and requires 1–3 years of relevant experience in customer service, particularly within banking, NBFC, or fintech sectors.
Your primary duties will involve assisting customers through the onboarding process, addressing inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with various departments to resolve any issues that may arise.
The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English, as well as a strong understanding of KYC norms and digital banking tools.
This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from ₹25,00.00 to ₹30,00.00 per month, in addition to benefits like Provident Fund and overtime pay.
