Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹25,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month + Incentives
Age Requirement: Below 30
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, Hindi, and Malayalam
Responsibilities: Address customer inquiries, nurture relationships, manage complaints, maintain records, and liaise with the finance department regarding payments.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, 1-2 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a target-oriented environment.
