Job Description
We are StemCyte INDIA THERAPEAUTICS PVT LTD, seeking a passionate individual for the role of Customer Delight Executive. The role involves exploring partnerships with hospitals and clinics, engaging with gynaecologists about stem cell advancements, generating leads, and guiding expecting parents through presentations and counselling sessions.
The ideal candidate will have excellent spoken English, strong interpersonal skills, and possess a two-wheeler. Responsibilities include managing client enrolments, ensuring smooth operation of sample collections, and obtaining client feedback through reviews.
