Job Description
myG Digital Hub is seeking a full-time Customer Delight Executive to provide empathetic, service-first support at our Edappally office. Candidates with 0–3 years of customer service experience are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat; resolving complaints calmly; logging interactions in the CRM; following up until resolution; and recommending service improvements. Applicants must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication, effective problem-solving, and professional conduct under pressure.
