myG Digital hub seeks a warm, positive Customer Delight Executive to deliver outstanding in-store experiences. The role involves greeting and assisting walk-in customers, assessing their needs, recommending suitable products, maintaining a tidy and inviting retail environment, and ensuring a smooth, satisfying customer journey from arrival to departure.
Qualifications: 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience preferred; freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply. Employment: full-time, permanent, on-site in Cherthala, Alappuzha. Compensation: ₹15,00–₹18,00/month; health insurance included.
