Job Description
New Horizon is in search of a skilled and enthusiastic Telecaller to become a vital part of our dynamic team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for managing both incoming and outgoing customer calls, as well as addressing inquiries through WhatsApp, all while providing outstanding customer service.
Ideal candidates should possess a high school diploma, 1-2 years of experience in customer service, exceptional communication abilities, and proficiency in WhatsApp. Knowledge of multiple languages and experience with CRM software will be considered advantageous.
