Job Description
PhonePe Private Limited is searching for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist clients in obtaining funding for their projects from partner banks, including HDFC and IDBI.
Key responsibilities include effective client communication, coordinating and collecting necessary documentation, submitting documents, preparing drafts, and resolving queries from banks.
