Job Description
Binnys Jewellery Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Representative to join our team. In this role, you will address customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or chat, ensuring their satisfaction. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, with at least 1 year of experience in customer service. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office is preferred.
This is a full-time position with a salary ranging from ₹18,00.00 to ₹20,00.00 per month. Location: In-person, Day shift.
