Job Description
CDSL is looking for a motivated and skilled Customer Care Officer for our disaster recovery site in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should be a graduate or postgraduate, under 35 years of age, with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in customer care.
Key responsibilities include handling inbound/outbound calls, addressing customer queries via emails, live chat, and social media. The candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to work in late shifts. Experience in capital markets is a plus.
