Job Description
Transenergy Private Limited is seeking a Customer Care Executive to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, conducting customer satisfaction surveys, and communicating effectively via email, social media, and phone. The role also involves making appointments, informing customers about updates and promotions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,144.26 – ₹25,035.11 per month
Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) (Preferred). Experience in technical support and customer service is preferred. Knowledge of Hindi and English is required.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Morning shift.
