Job Description
TOPLINK HYUNDAI is on the lookout for proactive and customer-oriented individuals to become part of our dynamic team as Customer Care Executives (CCE). In this vital role, you will contribute significantly to enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make 150 outbound calls to customers daily.
- Successfully connect with at least 75 customers.
- Schedule 5-6 car service appointments each day.
- Execute service reminders and follow-up communications.
- Document customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy at all times.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹10,00.00 – ₹15,00.00 per month
Experience Required: 1 year in cold calling
Language Requirement: Hindi
