Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Customer Care Executive to handle inbound and outbound customer queries through various channels such as phone, email, chat, and social media. The ideal candidate will address complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
You will educate customers about our fintech solutions, troubleshoot account issues, and ensure compliance with data privacy and company policies. The role demands proficiency in Hindi and English and requires achieving defined KPIs.
