Job Description
Join Smile Global Travels as a Customer Care Executive and deliver top-notch service to our clients! We seek candidates with strong communication skills and a passion for travel. You will handle inquiries about travel bookings, assist with complaints, and provide detailed information on flights, hotels, and packages.
The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree, preferably with travel industry experience and basic GDS knowledge. Proficiency in English, Tamil, and Hindi is required.
Work full-time in our office, earning ₹15,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month, plus performance bonuses.
