Job Description
Location: Malad, Mumbai, India
Experience: 6 months to 2 years preferred
Education: Minimum 12th grade
Salary: ₹15,00 – ₹25,00 per month
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Shift Hours: 9-hour rotation from 9 AM to 9 PM
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and any of the following: Gujarati, Punjabi, Malayalam, Bengali, Tulu, or Kannada.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee CRM operations, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and manage post-sales activities.
Qualifications: Strong communication skills and background in customer service or inbound calls.
