Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Care Executive to join our team. In this role, you will:
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and promotions.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction while maintaining professionalism.
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds promptly and accurately.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services.
Shift: 10:30 am to 07:30 pm
Weekly Off: Monday
