Job Description
Pressana Infra invites you to join our dynamic team as a Customer Care Executive! In this role, you will address customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and in-person visits related to real estate plots.
Your primary responsibilities will include providing detailed information about our projects, assisting clients through the booking process, and fostering strong, lasting relationships with customers.
We are looking for candidates who possess a solid understanding of real estate, exceptional communication skills, and a strong customer-focused approach. A graduate with at least one year of customer care experience in the real estate sector is preferred.
Our compensation package offers a monthly salary ranging from ₹16,00 to ₹35,00, alongside health insurance and provident fund benefits.
