Job Description
We are Plix – The Plant Flix, looking for a detail-oriented and proactive NDR Calling Process Executive to manage and resolve non-delivery issues. Your main responsibilities will include contacting customers, verifying delivery details, and addressing any delivery-related queries to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Proactively call customers, resolve delivery issues, maintain documentation, collect feedback, and ensure close coordination with logistics teams.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹22,00.00 per month
Benefits: Paid sick time and Provident Fund.
Language Requirements: Hindi and English (Required).
