Job Description
NEXORIA TRADE is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive to enhance our customer service experience. The primary responsibilities will include overseeing the customer service process, understanding customer issues, and providing efficient solutions. You will conduct quality assurance surveys and offer feedback to our team while showcasing your excellent product knowledge.
The position is full-time and permanent, ideally suited for freshers eager to grow in their careers. We offer a competitive salary ranging from ₹9,962.96 to ₹17,939.13 per month with benefits like a Provident Fund and performance bonuses. Candidates should preferably have completed higher secondary education and be fluent in Hindi.
