Job Description

NEXORIA TRADE is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming customer phone calls and taking appropriate actions to ensure customer satisfaction. You will attend mandatory training sessions to stay updated on product or policy changes and utilize company policies for resolving customer issues efficiently.

Position Type: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Salary: ₹9,926.24 – ₹18,013.64 per month

Benefits include Provident Fund, Day Shift schedule, and Performance bonuses. Candidates with Higher Secondary (12th Pass) and proficiency in Hindi are preferred. The work location is in person.
