Job Description
Location: Kolkata, Salt Lake
Salary: ₹15,00 – ₹19,00 per month (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound calls effectively.
- Exhibit exceptional English communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Education: Preferred candidates should have completed Higher Secondary (12th Pass).
Experience:
- At least 1 year in technical support (preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year in customer service (preferred).
Language Proficiency: Fluency in Hindi and English is preferred.
Work Location: In-person attendance is required.
