Job Description
Location: Sohna, Gurgaon, Haryana (on-site). Full-time. Salary: ₹20,00–₹25,00/month.
- Conduct outbound payment collection calls, handle sales leads, qualify prospects, and arrange site visits.
- Maintain accurate call logs and CRM/Excel records and resolve basic customer queries.
- Work to targets with disciplined follow-up and timely reporting.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; fluent in Hindi and English; experience in collections, telesales, or customer service preferred; strong follow-up and target orientation; basic MS Excel and CRM proficiency. Office attendance required daily; candidates must reliably commute or relocate to Sohna. Female applicants only.
