Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Stock Management: Conduct regular stock reconciliation and manage inventory levels.
2. Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls, manage customer emails, and address inquiries.
3. Sales Reporting: Generate sales reports and handle payment reconciliations.
4. Review Management: Monitor customer reviews and implement strategies for improvement.
