Job Description
Life Force Homeopathy is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will handle a high volume of incoming calls, generate sales leads, and provide customers with precise information about our services.
Your key responsibilities will include achieving sales targets, addressing customer complaints effectively, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. Strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and effective time management are essential for success in this position.
The ideal candidate should possess 2-3 years of relevant experience and be familiar with CRM systems. Please note, the maximum age limit for applicants is 34 years.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive monthly salary of ₹25,00 to ₹35,00, along with additional benefits.
