Job Description
La Densitae Clinic LTD is actively seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive to join our dynamic team. This vital role will involve making outbound calls to prospective clients, following up on warm leads, and scheduling consultations with our esteemed doctors. You will be responsible for maintaining a customer database and coordinating with both the front office and marketing teams to ensure seamless appointment scheduling.
Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Malayalam, have prior experience in telesales, and be proficient in MS Excel and CRM tools.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary ranging from ₹25,00.00 to ₹40,00.00 per month, along with health insurance and Provident Fund benefits.
