Job Description
Guru Empire Constech Private Limited is actively seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive to lead a dynamic team of representatives in delivering outstanding customer support. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire customer service process, address and resolve customer complaints effectively, formulate service policies, plan and conduct training sessions, and monitor the performance of your team. Furthermore, you will perform quality assurance assessments and provide constructive feedback to continually enhance service delivery standards.
