Grassroots BPO Pvt Ltd is currently looking for a dedicated Customer Care Executive to handle both inbound and outbound calls while adhering to established turnaround times. Ideal candidates will be quick learners with a solid understanding of our client’s business needs. Proficiency in English and Hindi, along with strong skills in MS Excel and MS Office, is essential.
