Job Description

Genesis HR Services is seeking a Customer Care Executive for our International Voice Process. We welcome applicants with 1 year of experience in BPO or Non-BPO sectors, though freshers are encouraged to apply.

CTC: Up to 4.5 LPA

Salary: Up to ₹33,00.00 per month

Location: Pune (Hadapsar) – No relocation cases will be considered.

Working Hours: 24/7 Rotational Shifts – 5 Days Working, 2 Days Rotational Off.

Transport: 2 Way Cabs Available.

Benefits: Health insurance, Life insurance, Paid time off, Provident Fund.

Education: Bachelor’s preferred. Experience: 1 year in customer service preferred.
