Job Description
Role and Responsibility: Handle customer calls and provide effective solutions. Willingness to learn is essential.
Requirements: Moderate to excellent communication in English and Hindi. Age 18-35, HSC/Graduate preferred, 6 months BPO experience is a plus.
Work Schedule: 6 days a week, day shift 8 AM – 8 PM.
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Pay: ₹20,00 – ₹25,00 per month with benefits.
