Job Description
Clinitech Laboratory Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive (CRE) to manage all incoming and outgoing calls from patients, doctors, and clients. The CRE will resolve queries, confirm home visit bookings, and promote current offers and health packages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle patient queries with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Maintain a polite and soft-spoken communication style.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Present yourself in a professional manner.
Experience: 1+ year in customer service.
Compensation: ₹15,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month.
