Job Description
Chandra Honda is on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Care Executive to strengthen our customer relationships and enhance service operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, assisting with service requests, and effectively escalating unresolved issues.
Your key responsibilities will encompass providing outstanding customer support, sending service reminders, and maintaining customer engagement through thoughtful communication, such as birthday wishes and service alerts.
This full-time role offers a competitive salary between ₹13,00.00 and ₹15,00.00 per month, along with benefits including cell phone reimbursement and a provident fund. Candidates should be available for day shifts, with mandatory in-person attendance.
