Job Description
*Job Summary:*
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our BPO Voice Process as a Customer Care Executive for One Assist. This role involves handling inbound and outbound customer service calls to resolve queries and provide top-notch support.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Assist customers with inquiries about One Assist services via phone.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and billing.
- Troubleshoot customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through professional communication.
- Update customer information and maintain call logs.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹17,00.00 per month
