Job Description
Adi’s Creation is on the lookout for passionate and customer-oriented individuals to join our dynamic team as Customer Service Executives. We welcome candidates who are both fresh graduates and seasoned professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and conduct follow-ups as necessary.
Requirements: This position is open to fresh graduates as well as candidates with at least 5 months of experience in the BPO sector. A minimum high school education is required, along with excellent English communication skills.
Compensation: Fresh Graduates: Up to ₹16,00/month; Experienced Candidates: ₹17,00 – ₹30,00/month.
