Job Description
PRABHA AUTOMOTIVE ENGINEERS PVT LTD is on the lookout for a qualified Customer Support Executive to manage a team focused on providing outstanding customer service and after-sales support. Key responsibilities include recruiting and training staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and effectively addressing customer inquiries and complaints. The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree, possess at least 3 years of relevant experience, demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, and have a solid understanding of CRM systems.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary ranging from ₹9,453.02 to ₹32,288.23 per month, along with provided food benefits. Fluency in English and Hindi is preferred, and we are seeking candidates who are proficient in Tamil. Please note that this role requires on-site work.
