Job Description
Manorama Online is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Assistant to join our team. In this crucial role, you will engage in both inbound and outbound calls, interacting with potential and existing customers. You will present our products and services while generating valuable leads for our sales team. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining precise records of customer interactions and meeting daily and weekly performance targets.
To excel in this position, candidates should possess a Plus 2 or a degree, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and ideally have a background in telemarketing or customer service.
We have positions available in Kottayam, Kochi, Kollam, Thrissur, Calicut, and Trivandrum.
