Job Description

Gallagher invites qualified candidates to a walk-in recruitment for a Customer Benefit Support Executive (International Voice – BFSI).

• Walk-in: December 20, 2025 — Devanahalli Airport Road, Bengaluru.
• Salary: Up to ₹1,00,00 per year (up to ₹10 LPA). US rotational shifts; cab facility provided.
• Requirements: Graduate with 4+ years’ experience in international voice (Insurance/Banking/Finance).
• Responsibilities: Manage inbound/outbound international calls, deliver benefit support, resolve complex queries, document interactions, ensure compliance, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Skills: Excellent spoken English, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to handle high call volumes, and effective cross-team collaboration.
