Job Description
We are looking for a motivated CS Intern to join our team at SuperZop. The selected candidate will assist with various responsibilities, including:
- Drafting resolutions, minutes, and other company secretarial documents.
- Preparing agreements for takeovers, franchises, and restructuring.
- Filing annual documents and ensuring compliance with the Companies Act.
- Handling ECB, FC-GPR, and FEMA filings.
- Managing secretarial tasks related to shares and capital.
- Assisting in DGFT, taxation, GST, labor laws, PF, and ESIC.
- Managing business licensing and registrations.
