Job Brief for CRM-Post Sales
Capstone Properties is looking for an experienced CRM Post Sales (Client Relationship Manager) with 3 to 10 years of experience in the real estate or construction industry. Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming booking clients via email
- Entering client cheque details into our CRM
- Coordinating client legal inquiries and document collection
- Preparing and confirming draft sale agreements
- Connecting clients with bankers and managing demand
- Overseeing the entire booking to handover process
Location: Sarjapur, Bangalore (candidates must be willing to travel)
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹35,00.00 – ₹60,00.00 per month
