Job Description
BRL Tech seeks a Junior CRM Implementation Coordinator to support CRM rollouts for business clients. You will assist with CRM configuration, attend client meetings, document requirements and minutes, provide progress updates, coordinate internal teams to resolve queries, monitor user adoption, collect feedback, and offer post‑go‑live support.
- Qualifications: Graduate or fresher (0–1 year)
- Skills: Strong communication, disciplined follow‑up, documentation and coordination; comfortable with Excel/Sheets, email and WhatsApp
- Training: CRM concepts will be taught on the job
- Employment: Full‑time, in‑person; annual compensation ₹160,00–₹200,00
