Job Description
Watchyourhealth is looking for a dedicated CRM Executive to enhance our team. This role is primarily focused on delivering exceptional CRM support for client claims at their respective locations. Key responsibilities encompass addressing customer inquiries related to policy coverage and health claim procedures, as well as assisting employees in submitting and tracking their claims efficiently.
The ideal candidate will possess 1-2 years of experience in the Health Insurance Industry, hold a Bachelor’s degree, and demonstrate excellent English communication skills. This position requires travel between branches twice a week.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from ₹20,00 to ₹25,00 per month, in addition to benefits such as a Provident Fund and annual bonuses.
