Job Description
Vajra Infra Projects LLP is actively looking for a committed Post-Sales CRM Executive to enhance customer relationships following the booking process. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth experience for homebuyers throughout the construction project lifecycle, encompassing documentation, payment follow-ups, and property handover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers after booking.
- Facilitate customer onboarding and maintain effective communication.
- Coordinate with the finance team for payment collections.
- Assist in loan documentation processes.
- Provide regular project updates and resolve any issues encountered.
- Arrange site visits and manage registrations.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare satisfaction reports.
