Job Description
We are looking for a skilled CRM Executive with 2–3 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will excel at managing customer interactions across multiple channels and ensuring precise record-keeping within our ERP system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle professional incoming and outgoing calls
- Address customer inquiries via email and WhatsApp
- Process customer inquiries efficiently
- Maintain accurate sales flow data in the ERP system
- Follow up on quotations and payments
- Collaborate with internal teams
- Perform data entry and administrative tasks
Candidate Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in CRM or customer support
- Proficient in CRM tools and ERP systems
- Graduate in any field
- Residing in Kolkata
